Back and leg pain

My usual symptoms of fibromyalgia is fatigue, loss of energy, horrible tingling / burning sensation (mainly on face and scalp) and tender joints. However I am now in a lot pain with my hips, knees and back that feels like pulled muscles but the pain seems to move to a different site everyday - I have under a lot of stress recently so this has caused a flare up. Is the pain I've described part of this fibro flare? I also have osteo arthritis but the pain is more to do with muscles rather than joints. I have not been sleeping well and the pain has meant I cannot do my usual activities and it is really getting me down.

Usually all at once.

I have Osteoarthritis too and that's the kicked when joined up with the burning pain in my legs.

I'm finding it difficult to get rid of even exercises aren't helping me.

I assume you're the same. As for the poor sleep I'm trying not to nap today meh. I feel even worse.

hi yes i have been suffering with same for yours and at moment very badly together with bad joint pains. Although its best to get it checked out if there is anything else going on. Things that can help are good recliner bed, steam baths and warm weather
