I am starting my appeal to tribunal for pip.Was told by the group whos helping me that pip cases have over 90% success rate at tribunal. On top of that i was told most probably that pip will call me and make an offer before the hearing...i was told to decline and wait for the hearing.Any one else had this offer too?

To be honest it very much depends on what award is offered and the duration of that award. You would have a rough idea how many points you feel that you should have been awarded in the care and mobility categories. Obviously if the offer falls within that area then accept it. At times the duration of the award can be the problem in my case I have three progressive conditions trying to get the DWP to accept I was not going to improve only get worse was a nightmare. In your case if the duration is short it is well worth going to court for a longer award.
