The Barometer

Hi every one California Us talking it is the Barometer I have a hard time understanding this when you are in your home. All so it can be 60 outside & can be very damp or it can be 60 & not damp.

for me, warm temperatures with a dry climate is the least painful option. Damp cold is awful.
