Hello has anyone else had a particularly bad week since the weather has turned damp. Or is it just me?

Ouchy weather here! It can't make up its mind. Summer, fall or winter we can have all 3 in same week! Sometimes same day! I love Mother Nature but I do believe she is having foggy days here lately!

It is now generally accepted that changes in the weather affect us, haven't got my science head on but its something to do with changes in air pressure. I hope you feel better soon xx

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you have endured a bad week and I have struggled myself with the change in the weather. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Yep, same here in Scotland. Increase in pain and tiredness.

Yes, once we get the darker mornings and afternoons and it's damp, the aches and pains come back with a vengeance. I woke this morning feeling as though someone had been stamping on both of my thigh muscles. It took a lot of gentle stretching and rubbing them before I could even get out of bed. They're still sore now. MariLiz

I didn't realise the weather can make a difference, when I went to Spain to visit my sister after a few days I felt easier, not cured but things were less severe and I slept better, maybe I sound move out there!

Yes! I'm like a human barometer. I can tell there is going to be a change in the weather before the weather forecasters. My joints ache about an hour before it rains and my fibro pain intensifies with the damp/cold. If/when it's warm and dry for a number of days my pain lessens quite a bit. I never used to be like this.

Glad not just me lol. My body doesn't seem to have registered that it had received tramadol into its system. Body does not compute. So currently burning my back on a hot water bottle and got hubby rubbing my head. Gotta laugh, but think it would be too painful x
