Yes, I do. I was given a low dose of half beta prograne by my neurologist and I haven't had any issues since.

yes I was diagnosed with this a few years ago. GP prescribed a beta blocker which definitely helps

Hi Tjmill, I too have benign essential tremor, had it for a number of years. My GP prescribed beata blockers for it, I found for me it helps a bit but I have trouble with my hands shaking especially when I'm trying to do something like writing. I'm afraid I've had it for that long I've just got use to it, but at times I found it a bit embarrassing when trying to carry a drink and I have to ask someone to quickly take it off me. I'm sorry I can't be of more help but I truly hope you find something that helps for you.

My mum and brother both have it but don’t take anything for it. I heard beta blockers can help. They’ve both had it for years.

I just thought it might be a nerve trapped, The only time it got in the way was trying to enjoy a brew without throwing it all over the place, (Hands)Standing up after visiting the little girls room (Legs) and trying to read a good book (head)

It's not a continued thing, Just a pain in the butt
