Weighted blanket
Hi Debbie,
I haven’t got a weighted blanket but I have looked at that many times. Some people say they are very good and others not so much. When you do buy one could you do a post to let us know how you get on with it. I don’t like be very interested to know. I use a heated blanket and I don’t know what I would do without it!
Regards

Hi Brave heart, I have just started using a weighted blanket and it really helps me with sleep and anxiety xx
Hi Brave heart1. I bought the 4kg one the other day. Used it so far for about 4 nights and so far it's ok. It's a strange feeling having the weight constantly on my legs. I do feel it does help, I'm not expecting miracles. I've just bought a9kg one to see if it makes much of a difference. I'll let you know how I get on with both of them.
Hi I have the king size blanket 6.8 kg I'm sleeping well with it but I was wondering if I need the 9 kg as they are slightly bigger how are you getting on with yours. Xx
Hi. I'm still using the 4kg blanket at the moment, been using it just over a week. But I've also just bought the 8kg one to see if there much difference. Xx
I have ordered the 9kg king-sized one from kuddly as the 6.8 one doesn't seem as heavy as my smaller 5.8 one that is also from kuddly its smaller so I think that this makes a difference. Look forward to hearing how you get on with your 8kg one also can I ask what you hope for. I believe it helps me with my anxiety so even if I don't sleep great I feel a little better mentally 😌 ☺️
I would recommend a 8kg weighted blanket, I'm 13 stone and have 10kg , they ate a godsend, take it on holiday too xxx
11 stone = 70kg so your max recommended weight would be 7kg.
Having said that I was shipped an 11kg in error and at 90kg it feels good
