One of mine was made by a local business, the other I bought on holiday on America - so cannot recommend a make

But I find they really help take the edge off when I have nerve pain, and also help with my restless legs

Didn’t suit me I’m afraid though some people swear by them, I didn’t know Until I opened mine that if you have poor circulation, or diabetes you shouldn’t use one, i have poor circulation and I had swollen ankles when I used mine.

I have diabetes but I put mine over my shoulders like a wrap as my worst pain is shoulders - it really helps :)

There are some great ones on amazon designed for pain and fibro Jo

EBay or Amazon BRENTFORDS do them, pink or grey they’re currently £20 with 19% off today

Rls try pramipexole but try this too especially with £6 off

I paid £100 for one that was awful this one was really quite good double size is perfect weight and size (quarter of the price too!!!!) be quick one day sale

If you're not sure they're right for you you could try using added heavy blankets first. That test helped me, as I realized they hurt and oppressed me. When I then had the chance to try one it was even worse, I got a cramp from it after 30 minutes. But a slight majority of people here (more UK than elsewhere) seem to get help from them.

By the way: Dizzytwo referred to our search box: This would not be the one saying "Search HealthUnlocked", as that only takes you to public posts on all HealthUnlocked-forums.

But the one you get when you first click on "Posts", saying "Search posts on Fibromyalgia Action UK".

Hope that helps, cos as she says there are regular posts on this.
