Hi Butterfly, 19 is a tough time to be going through this, as a mum my heart goes out to you! What helps me is my plug in heat mat (from Amazon, shout if you want the link). It lasts longer than a hot water bottle and easy to switch back on in the middle of the night. Apart from that gentle exercise (yoga, walking), pacing and being kind to yourself. Best of luck, gentle hugs x
Thankyou so much and yeah please could you send the link I will try anything to at least ease pains a little. Thankyou x
Electric Heating Pad for Back... amazon.co.uk/dp/B08FXJFT6G?... we are, hope it helps x
HiyaIt's really hard at times coping with pain, particularly if you dont want to constantly take tablets - just like me!!!
I'll tell you some of the things I've tried over the years.
Exercise, physiotherapy, CBD oil, weighted blanket, cold water therapy, hot tub, ice pack, hot water bottle, anti inflammatory diet, reiki, magnesium at night, magnesium oil or gel, vit D, breathwork, currently trying balms and bars from blessed bees.
I've recently got onto a pain management programme, waited over 18mth for this, it starts in two weeks so fingers crossed this may give me some new ideas too.
Hope this helps a little xx
I got a heated blanket a few winters ago and it is bliss, not needed quite yet but when the cold spells start and we all get worse this was and is the only thing that gives me a big Ahhhhh out loud and it's pulled up to the chin on full😝👍👌
