They usually text to say they have all the information they need to review your award. There is still a backlog. Mine took 18 Months .

I have recently reapplied for PIP and yes they did let me know that they had received my application , it then took 13 months before my assessment which took place by phone this was much easier than face to face . My payments continued during my wait and I was given back pay for my increase . Wishing you the best of luck and no stress 💜💜

Yes. Even though they send you a prepaid envelope..I pay the additional fee to have the documents signed for. This week ot cost me £3.35. I received a text to say they had recieved them.

Within another day I received one from an assessment company to say they will be in touch soon

hi I paid for Royal Mail next day delivery they have received it but have had no contact from them , x

I returned mine on the 8th August. I got a reminder letter on the 18th to send it back, the same day I had a message to say they had received it and would let me know outcome. Not heard anything since.
