I was diagnosed last year with fibro, CFS & ME.I do have osteoarthritis in my knees, hips and lower back. Pain is worse on some days more than others, but I'm struggling to differentiate fibro pain.
Could you describe your fibro pain for me please?

I have the same symptoms as you have mentioned and I must admit, I’m not sure either 🙄 my osteoarthritis is also in hands and feet, so not really sure if I’m having, fibro arthritis cfs me ibs etc, I just ale each day at a time and do the best I can, I hope someone is able to explain some differences for clarity, but it f not, we’ll both try to stay positive and keep going x
Fibromyalgia does effect different people in different ways. The pain I have may not present itself in others. However, my main (I say main because there are many other pains too) Fibro pain is in my lower legs and has now spread to my feet too. It's difficult to explain, it seems to be coming from my bones, it's sort of fuzzy and sharp at the same time. It's like no other pain I have felt before.
I get other pains that I have put down to Fibromyalgia, but they come and go. I get sharp pains, as if I've been struck by a sharp object, all over but mostly in hands and feet. I also get stiffness in my legs in the morning, which can take hours for them to loosen up.
I also find it painful when someone touches me, this can vary from extreme pain to something more bearable.
I also have osteoarthritis in hips and knees and I have lower back pain, but these pains are different.
