Gosh yes! Exhaustion is common. Pacing yourself is really important

Oh yes, Sometimes the tiredness and brain fog are worse than the pain.

I’m having a very drowsy day, hard to keep my eyes open, my daughter had to wash my hair as I was so drowsy she told me to get out of the bath!

yes sometimes I feel like I am on a different planet to everyone else and I wonder if other people can see that in me or if it’s just the way I am that particular day x

I get irresistable drowsiness about 1/2 hour after eating certain foods. I have been informed by my menopause clinic that this may be associated with a condition called 'histamine intolerance'.

I will often get a bit breathless and have a blocked up nose (and various other symptoms) at these times too - all part of the 'too much histamine in my system' syndrome apparently.
