Just come down with a cold. I have to say although my pain is under control for now my fatigue is not being helped by this cold.

Hi sweetie, I have a cold at the moment too, it ready hurts to cough but it's actually forcing me to rest which I need, love and get well soon, Lynn x

Just came down with a cold on the weekend aswell and i've spent two days in bed crying with off the chart pain. Starting to go down to managable levels again today. It sucks that such little things like a cold can just tip your whole system into a freakout when you have Fibro. Hope your energy perks up again soon, fortunately these things mostly come and go

Rest up ,keep warm , lots of warm fluids, I hope it jogs off very soon, now the children back in school the germs are being spread around more,(we have 2 little grand boys that share 😕bless) take care x
