is this common in fibro?
Hi Nadine,
I get pain there too. I hadn't thought about it being a symptom of fibro. I think we get to the stage where we wonder if everything we have is related to it. I've gained weight too, I'm on Gabapentin but I'm nearly 60 and I eat all the wrong food so I can't say whether or not mine is due to fibro

Hi ive just joined this group, im amazed by how many people are suffering with the same pains, both my groins were hurting just to walk hurt, now the pain has gone, very uncomfortable ..
i have a bulging disc and degenerative spine (l4/l5/s1) so could be from my back, also that hip clicks quite alot! thanku for the advice, i just hate going to gp, although next time im going to ask for a different doctor, as my last visit encountered a patronising pig!! im under a surgery rather than a doctor, so you never know who you shall see! but requesting a lady doc will guarantee me not seeing him again xx
i always get it on the left side which causes me to use a walking stick when it is flared up.
Hi nadine, it sounds more like an inguinal hernia....I had one repaired in 1998, exact same place only the right side, might be worth getting it checked out !
I get this pain here too - find it really annoying as there's nothing that can ease it when it happens (despite my regular doses of tramadol, gabapentin and paracetamol)
