Ecg results

I had an ecg this morning and it said that my systolic reading was 88mmhg and my diastolic was 50mmhg. The nurse said that my blood pressure was a bit low 88/50mmhg. I don't know what will happen whether or not I will be put on medication or not. I am really worried. I just hope when I see the doctor next week it won't be too bad x sorry for the rant. I hope everyone is okay x 😊 ❤️ 😢

Try not to worry, as your BP is just slightly less than the 'normal' range, & can vary throughout the day. Something like being somewhat dehydrated can also lower your BP I know as someone who always has low BP. I'm sure your Dr will discuss this with you if they have any concerns. In my case, I don't take any medication, but we're all different, just saying this as medication isn't always needed, even with persistent low BP.

Try & distract yourself if you can & relax. Wishing you well.
