hi, it’s a long while since visiting this site as I’ve been lucky enough to manage my pain and deal with other side effects. The last six months or so I am being swamped with tiredness, and am struggling not to give in. So many mornings I just don’t want o get up and being retired there is no real reason to get up! But I have to feed my pets and walk my dogs so this does get me out of bed, but it is getting harder. My husband actually told me I was lazy yesterday, and today, when I said I needed to sleep, he said not again - when I got up he tried to say it hadn’t been what he meant to say. I wouldn’t care so much if I wasn’t having to run around looking after him! I’m so tired and fed up. Thanks for letting me blow of steam!

Hi, lovely to see you back. I often find that the fatigue and exhaustion is the worst symptom to manage. It doesn't matter how much or little sleep you have - you are just constantly feeling wiped out.
Sorry, I've no real answers other than pacing, resting when you can and listening to your body - but I totally understand how it feels xx
Me too, I find the mornings are the worse, as someone who has always been active it makes me feel so lazy even though I’m retired like you , that’s what I miss about having a dog, they make you get out of bed 👍
