having my esa assessment tomorrow started to be really anxious about it

been reading horror stories on the web .

only been suffering since febuary but after not being able to work for 3 months was medically dismissed after working for 21 years.

so at the moment having to go through the system

can any one offer any advice

THanks for the reply and encouragement. Just dont know what ghey are looking for. In really bad pain iny back last few days and this is not great for my anxiety.

Do i need to get 15 points on one question to not look for work until i can get this condition under some sort of control

The ESA assessor I had was lovely. He offered me breaks if I needed them and asked me straight forward questions about what I could or couldn’t do. Some questions do crop up in slightly different formats but if you are answering honestly that should not be a problem.

I was put in the support group which means you do not have to carry out any work seeking activities.
