Hiya Al you wonderful pain worriors🙏 anyone out there who has had gastric issues or vegal nerve treatment?
I have since a child (now 54) severe spine degeneration, cervical spondulosis and fibro, vertibrectomy, laminectomy and caging in my spine but things are progressing to my stomach and gastric issues.

Hi. IBS seems to be a common issue and there's different types so worth a look into. I don't know enough about the vagal nerve so can't suggest anything on that unfortunately.
Hi Earworm, stomach hyperacidity I long got under control with an elimination diet, preferring that to any med sfx: Nothing spicy, onion-like, minty, sour etc. Decided to perfect it once FM and then MCAS got lots else going on, but still have almost all triggers identified and under control.
For vagus nerve exercises I recently read someone recommend Sukie Baxter on YouTube and a book by Stanley Rosenberg, and I found Sukie's exercises simply, but very calming.
