UTI frequently
Morning, no I have not experienced this myself but I have a friend with re occurring UTI and she finds it very wearing as it can effect your whole body and differently makes her feel out of sorts, has your doctor told you why this keeps happening? Just wondering if they could send you to a specialist for further investigation xx
this happend to me one after one and my body not responding , actually I have bladder weakness and this one make my life unbelivable hard. always the test result back very late and after I finish the first antibiotic and the doctors prescribe me another antibiotic and this circle repeat and repeat every month😔
My sister was getting them very regularly and her go even gave her emergency back up antibiotics for the next. She now has some sort of infusions into her bladder for so many months to try n cure thisI myself get quite a few and lots of kidney pain so I am waiting for a scan on my urinary tract. You could ask for this to rule any thing further out. They just make you so ill don’t they
Are you tested that it is infection each time? Fibros are prone to interstitial cystitis. Bladder irritation with no infection. For those sorts, I suspect it's hormonal. Better after menopause.
Hi yes I suffered with them a lot and the specialist put me on a low dose of antibiotics and I've now been on them over 2 years and not had any trouble with it since x
Hi Sisook, I get cytisis very frequently. Even though I drink plenty of water. Its made especially worse if I have s€x. It can get so bad that I can stand up and wet myself. It takes a long time to recover
Hi. I too suffer from loads of utis, this has improved due to the doctor immediately after clearing 1 uti put me on a low dose antibiotic permanently. It certainly helped, he is trying different antibiotics to hopefully clear them completely. I would ask your GP if he could put you on a low dose antibiotic. Hope this helps.
I agree that anti-biotics can really mess you up for months!
I have needed them for other reasons and the recovery time is so long with fibro that I now refuse them!
I hope you were asking about A/B effects???
If not, I'm sorry... xx
