You have done it, well done. I got a txt today asking me to book for booster. I did my flu jab 2 weeks ago.

I had my Covid booster and Flu last month, and I felt like I'd bee hit by a bus for 24hrs. Both arms were very painful and increased fibro pain all over and couldn't even get out of bed !

I was very surprised, because I'd had zero problems with these jabs previously, but obviously I'm just not up to having both at the same time.

☹️

Yes the combination of the two knocked me for a few days.

Was your booster same as the previous 2? I had AstraZeneca but now they are offering me Pfizer for booster 😳 they say mix and match is better but unsure. I had a severe reaction to both jabs, with the first one my left leg became as stiff as hell

Glad you are OK. In that case and reading the post from Des I will go ahead with Pfizer.

Keep safe!

There was a large study on the mixing and the mRNAs are slightly better in results and less issues to worry like age etc so easier logistically and now the pfizer is easier to store etc.

"Study after study has shown that people who receive two different COVID-19 vaccines generate potent immune responses, with side effects no worse than those caused by standard regimens."
