Do you stick them to your skin or clothing?

the ones i use wrap around your entire body with velcro to hold in place - so you do not need to stick to skin or clothing. I've used other ones where you stick to your clothing as well

I have used it before, I also bought one from Amazon for back support and when I wear it it instantly heats up my lumbar because of a magnet in the middle of it. This is not disposable and can be used and reused, also cheap

I find any form of heat really helpful.I use a microwaveable one for my neck, hands or tummy.

I also have a small plug in back warmer to use behind my back when sitting.

I used to fill a very small water bottle and wore it in a home made belt on my back.

I did that for many years before these new types of heat patches were on the market. I haven't tried them as yet.

Yes a while back I got emails from a company that sells wearable heating pads from scarfs, coats, leggings and even socks. I think they even had a vest for your dogs. I’m sorry I don’t remember the company but I was surprised that a person can order a wearable heating pads imbedded into articles of clothing battery operated so no more having to tie heating pads to your body and be connected to a long extension cord. I think the scarf was like $40 a bit pricy so I didn’t order it. I’m sure places like Amazon would have it. 😊💕🦋

BeYou period do stick on heat patches, it contains menthol and eucalyptus oil to give you that hot/cold sensation. They’re very useful for me as my job is very active all day.

You can also get long thin hot water bottles in a case that you cutie round your waist or drape over your shoulders. I love mine.
