Hangover feeling after good sleep
Hi there Floppy, yes I suffer the same way for the last 40 years. No trouble sleeping but mornings are terrible. It's all part of the wonderful world of fibro im afraid.
If anyone ever finds the answer to why and can fix it to make us feel better they would become billionaires over night 🤗🤗

Hi hun i feel like im hungover every morning never feel refreshed x
Sadly it's part of the condition 😞. I can sleep 8/9/10 hours and wake up as exhausted as before. What meds do you take? My amitriptyline makes it worse if taken any time after 7.30pm so I always try and take it well before then.
I have not had any luck with medical community and have tried any and all therapies I could afford. I finally found that taking proteolytic enzymes systemically does wonders for me. I like to be taking them constantly at a theraputic dose. I find taking them when I wake through the night is easy for me. They need to be taken on an empty stomach, and I nibble all day. I have been feeling close close to myself when I'm able to take Serrapeptase and nattokinase consistently Start your own research with youtube video " systemic enzymes, what works, what doesn't, and why "
I hope you all can find relief as I have when I'm able to afford them. That and a little LOA. Gods bless you all and good night.
Omg strange you should say it I woke up this morning dizzy and feeling like I am drunk my head is hopping you read my mind hoping it settles after a coffee
Hi Floppy99. I think sleep problems come with the Fibro territory. I’m either suffering sleepless nights (feel hungover all the next day) or sleep really heavily and can’t wake up (feel hungover all the next day).
And I never drink!
I just take it really slowly in the mornings. Try not to have an appointment for anything before 11.00 am.
Best wishes. Xxx
