I have a question for anyone who can answer.

I have a throbbing pain in the middle of my foot underneath.

Has anyone else experience this?

I get a lot of foot pain, both of the top of my foot. Diagnosed with plantar fascitis and I was attending podiatry for exercises - but that stopped due to covid and not started back.

Not really found anything that helps

Hi Keldog,

I had a similar experience on my left foot for over a year, but in my case, the sole of my foot was numbed and heavy while having tingling sensation on the upper part of my foot. It was indeed a very unpleasant experience. Doctors couldn't do anything about it. But the pain eventually disappeared and I yours too would. Take care please

Hi, I have been having the same symptoms as you for a long time, I've had a xray and nothing showed up, so now awaiting to see a foot specialist.

Hi Keldog,

I don't know if it applies to you but in my case I was getting very tight and painful under the foot in the middle because the psoas muscle was tight. Try to do stretches for the psoas or the quadratus lumborum (which connects to the psoas) and see if it helps.

Yes, I’ve got/had this too. They say plantar fascitis , But because it has come and gone a few times now I think it may be another of our fibro comorbidities ...🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi, I have dealt with foot pain to the point that now I use a walker all the time. Constant cramping pain starts on the outside of my left foot and goes all the way up to my hip, right foot weakens due to overuse.

At night I either use 4% lidocaine patches with Aleve [naproxen sodium] or tylenot arthritis formula or ice packets stuffed into my socks just to get a few hours sleep. Walking without pain is a thing of my past.

I am now talking to the doctor at the pain clinic about having steroid injections in my feet and ankles, was recently diagnosed with arthritis in ankles. I will post if I have the injections [need MRI of feet first to see how damaged they are]
