Constant stomach pain
We fibro folk are prone to putting every ache and pain down to the dreaded fibro when actually it’s something else. Have you tried eliminating various foods from your diet. I know if I eat too much gluten I suffer for days afterwards. Might be worth a go.
Hi Alison, have you any problems with your bowels as that can lead to bloating and right side pain I have those symptoms and take medication for it.
Thank you what medication are you taking x
Thank you for your reply I have seen the dr sending me to gastroenterology but how long I have to wait I don’t know x
I had a similar problem, this may sound unusual, but I have been taking apple cider vinegar and half a lemon and half a lime squeezed into 200ml of water , every morning and evening , and I no longer have that problem , I was on buscapan for irritable bowel , I no longer take the tablets , google apple cider vinegar and the benefits you will be amazed , I am living proof it works , please try it ,
One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar half a lemon half a lime in 200ml of water warm or cold , first thing in morning and last thing at night , I lost two stone in 4 months, it reduces cholesterol blood pressure , I was border line diabetic , 4 months later my diabetes level was non existent, but please google and research the benefits and what to look out for with medication you maybe on , so many people are taking it now for health reasons ,
Taking this actually does your digestive system to , so should solve the bloating too, good luck please let me know how you get on with it , I had exactly the same issues you have , once I went back 4 months later for blood tests , all my levels had dropped aswell as my weight, I was on omeprazole for indigestion I don’t take any of them anymore since taking this ,
Oh dear, sounds very simillar to what I used to have, and for me it turned out to be
IBS, never to be underestimated - the pain was so bad that I ended up in hosipital, it might be worth looking into
Best wishes
Debs

Hello there, I am glad the doc has referred you to a gastroenterologist, the best way to get some answers, I’ve been waiting for 6 months now for a hospital appointment(but for something else )seems hospitals not taking out patient appointments very quickly here in Suffolk mostly I’m guessing due to Covid, hope you hear soon xx
Thank you for your kind words I hope you get your appointment soon xx
Hi Jungles 165. Just seen your post. I have been suffering with this for forty years, on and off. I am still suffering now, been horrendous for the last month. I don't want to bore you to tears, but initially I was told it was IBS, years later, 1989, I had an hysterectomy for extensive endometriosis and thought that was the answer, but no. Back to IBS?? Fifteen years ago it got so bad I thought I had appendicitis (let's face it, all sorts goes through your mind) and was in hospital 5 days, on antibiotics. It settled and home I came again. The did an endocopy afterwards and I was told I was OK. And so it goes on. Mostly now, because I have had it so long, I just put up with it and hope it goes away, but last November I thought I had a bladder infection - another flair probably, but was told it was a kidney infection, given antibiotics again. It settled somewhat, but I am now going through a really bad flair once again, but am trying to keep away from docs, if I possibly with how things are at the moment. I don't want to depress you too much , but my own feeling is that it is linked to fibromyalgia and chronic stress, which I also suffer from, but who knows? I am definitely going to try the ACV and lime/lemon juice, so fingers crossed. I know its difficult but try to stay positive.
