Stomach pain and weight loss

Hi, I’ve been undergoing investigation for a rare stomach issue (nutcracker syndrome) but now they’re saying it’s not that and could be related to my fibro instead- i’ve had significant unexplained weightloss, stomach pains, headaches, black floaters in vision - does anyone have any ideas of what to do or what it could be? 21 years old 8 stone but previously was 10 stone

I too have been having stomach pain and unexplained weight loss I’m going to do an e consult today but I’m expecting to be told it’s part of Fibro. I’ve also lost my appetite and consequently feel very week.

Do you feel nausea or any other symptoms?

Yes nausea and burning in my stomach I’m constipated as well but that’s because of the Butec pain patches

I have similar symptoms along with shooting pain on the left side of my abdomen, I’ve done various tests all normal expect for elevated levels of protein in stool, still waiting to hear back from the consultant, please keep us updated as I’m really interested in knowing if this related to Fibro, I’ve been suffering with this for over 10 years and I was diagnosed with Fibro 3 years ago! 🤔 sending gentle hugs xx
