Hi there, have you spoke to your GP about it? If it gets worse maybe it would be an idea to give your surgery a call. I hope it settles down soon x

We fibro folk always put everything down to the dreaded fibro when sometimes it’s not. I have done it on several occasions and therefore delayed treatment. Please get it checked out with your GP

As the others have said, get it checked out with your GP. You may have hurt yourself without realising, especially with having a bruise.
