Hi --I am in Aberdeenshire -- very cold, snowy and icy, but very beautiful and peaceful. I have IBS as well as fibro, but am learning to "pace" myself in order to live a "steady but relatively normal life!" Annette, where and when is the support group in Aberdeen? A big "Hello" to everyone in Scotland xx
The support group in Aberdeen is on the last Saturday of the month, in Garthdee. Will get the full information and post it on here. If you fancy going along we could always meet up and go together.

Hello there Jaov, here is a link to some Scottish Support Groups that we have listed on our main site. Hopefully there is a group closer to you than your current group which might be easier for you to get to.
