Hi Tiny
It’s a challenging time...pls ring 111 or go to a walking centre, I used to delay seeking treatment but now I am suffering the consequences, learnt my lesson.
Wish you well 🌺🌸
Tried getting into docs Fri n couldn't, was told to ring Monday morning, totally fed up of it
...your arm, my extreme fatigue...had plan to go to gym, too weak to make the journey😥
Let us know all is OK when you see the doctor 🥱😴get exhausted by typing a few words 😠
That's proper rubbish hun, am guessing they will take me off tramodol as they aint working
Hi Tiny, sorry your struggling. This time of the year certainly does not help does it with all the cold and the damp. I hope you can get into see your GP soon. If the meds are not helping then hopefully they will try you on something else. Fingers crossed your arm eases up soon xx

I haven't got a clue wot else they can try, as naproxen dnt even work
How about physio ?
Am gonna ask about tht tomoz when I go c doc, I really carnt cope with it 5 weeks of constant pain, n seems to be getting worse nt better
I don't know if it's country wide Tiny but here where I live we can self refer to get a physio appointment. Try ringing your physio department in the morning and ask maybe ?
I will try that thanks
Self referal here as well in my area of Buckinghamshire. Thought the GP was fobbing me off at first but rang up. They take details and physio rang me back and sent some exercises via email to be getting on with until my appointment on the 15th.
To be honest i never thought mine was Fibro at the time but now not so sure. Id be interested to hear how you get treated if you mention Fibro.
GL and hope you get this sorted.
Try some paracetamol! With your trams.which part of your arm is stiff? Can u swim? Is there a Jacuzzi at your local pool? I find warm water a great therapy for limbs esp. Tendinitis, bursitis,or inflammation issues..exercise in water is quite painless
This could be pressure on a nerve root. So Doctor and chiropractor.
