I have the same problems with legs and arms.I have not been able to find anything that helps ,my legs also feel like blocks of ice
Hi there skit
Have you ever tried the Deep Freeze spray and or gel?
I have found them quite effective when I feel like my back or neck is on fire.
You can get it from most chemists.
To my mind anything is worth a try 😊
Wishing you much peace

I've never had it in my arms but hands, feet and legs have suffered. Like Lu says I have found that the deep freeze gel or spray is the best thing for helping with this. I buy a big tub of something similar but cheaper over the internet and gently smooth it over the burning bits, bliss.x
I suffer this on the soles of my feet. Fiery one day and freezing cold the next. I prefer the fiery one! A bottle of frozen water usually does the trick for fiery days and fisher men's socks for the icy days. Hey I always look ultra trendy and cool, not. Lol.
I do and my legs as erll.It happens usually at bedtime..not sure why but it does.Peck🌻
Hi my friend,
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering in this way and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to this issue. I have burning and pain in my elbows due to my arthritis and it is truly horrid. I use elbow supports for this when it starts and they do tend to help me a little.
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Most of the time i feel as though i have mild sunburn all over. some days just on my arms and on other days burning feet.
On bad days it goes into my muscles giving out a burning pain.
A bowl of cold water for my feet and a hot bath eases the all over pain. i think that the hot bath confuses the nerve endings and resets them, ?
Unfortunately I cannot do baths with my bone issues. I have a great walk in shower .Appreciate your reply Mary rose. I suspect most of the arms pain in due to excessive fatigue and bit of stress around becoming grandparent again.
It should settle down in a few days I guess. I will go swimming to reset the arms into exercise mode this week.
Low B12 caused my burning skin sensation, it felt like a "Chinese burn", if you remember those from your schooldays? Once I started getting the injections it eased.
I eat Marmite which is B12 complex like brewers yeast. If this persists I will ask GP.
Many years ago my old GP elsewhere in UK gave me series of B12 injections . It was high metabolic rate he said.
Sadly, yes.... arms, legs, feet, neck, shoulders...... burning to freezing to stabbing to numb, and even buzzing. It's like a game to guess where it will pop up next. Has anyone found relief?
I always say to non Fibro sufferers 'If I knew which bit hurt when I open my eyes in the morning I would feel like I had won the Pools/Lottery!'
