After a 12 week wait I finally got my award through "enhanced rate on both " and I was chuffed to bits.
Not heard a thing about back payments but got my £10 Christmas bonus... ( a nice big box of chocolates I think) BUT 2 days later receiveda ESA letter saying I had to apply for Universal Credit....that my money would be stopping 2 week's before Christmas and that once my UC application was made although it would take 6 weeks to process I could apply for a loan!!??!!
Anybody else found that they give in one hand and take with another? ?,,

If you were on DLA prior to migrating to PIP there are no back payments.

I am 99% sure PIP is NOT included in Un.Cred. it is probably your ESA..Banana is right if you had DLA before PIP there is no backpay unfortunately, you have been "reassesed" for it.
If you live alone you will be entitled to severe disability premium which is paid with esa when you get pip daily living. This would mean you would be protected from you moving to Uc.
