Evening everyone hope your all having a painless night this is my first post but just wanted to share I’m 30 soon and I’ve been in pain since I was about 16 and I’ve had various diagnoses and different medications scans blood tests etc. But was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. A lot of the symptoms make sense but I can’t help but question are they right this time with my diagnosis? Because they havnt been in the past. Recently the fatigue I’m experiencing is very bad! And I’m falling asleep at every opportunity but with a 3 year old it’s not always possible to rest. However I can’t sleep at night as my daughter is up around 9 times a night I feel as though I can not catch up on sleep and I’m forever feeling like a zombie especially in work I’m finding it very hard at the moment. Does anyone have any tips it would be gratefully received. Thanks xx

I am sorry you are finding sleeping difficult. I don't have a child but I still struggle to sleep at night. I could dose of in the day but night time is a different story for some reason. Hopefully someone will be along with some advice for you.

I struggle with sleep massively. I usually sleep between 12 and 3 then wake up and sleep again for 2 hrs then wake again and sometimes get 1 more hr but it’s not deep sleep. I can be really really tired during the day and worry about falling asleep in meetings, which I have done. They have looked into it and not come up with any answers.

Hi! Oh no that must be so hard for you. Have you ever tried sleeping tablets to help you sleep in the night? X
