The majority of the questions are tick box for them, in order to improve the time they spend on each case. Unfortunately it does not improve the service offered
it seemed to me that the typing he was doing didn't seem right to the answers i was given to him to much typing to my answers hmm not sure lol
You are right.if these assessors stopped omitting words like degenerative or chronic many applicants would get a better chance.
Yes, that happened with my last assessor and I wasn't even talking. It all became clear when I saw the report after being downgraded to the work related group. The report sounded like it was about someone else as so much of it was fabrication...
I thought when I sat the key board was working overtime before I said anything do I presume he observed me walking in and sitting down but keyboard was clicking away all through the assesment to much I thought
Yes. My assessor said I could lift my arms, although she didn't ask me to and it was because I took my coat off all by myself! They leave you in the waiting area for way too long and then write that you have no problems sitting for long periods, etc. All those things are noted down and even how you get up from your chair when called and how far you can walk to the room. Had it all written down in the report and more that wasn't even done, like bending and stretching and physical movements, none of which I was actually asked to do. Wished I had recorded it or had someone with me now.
They are not only typing what answers you are giving to your questions but their personal observations eg even before they have started asking questions they have observed you walking into the room, your appearance, facial expressions etc. Good luck I do hope it goes well for you.x
