Hello I am suffering with the two ailments in the title.
The prostate cancer is Gleason 6 and I've had it for 7 years now in a watchful waiting protocol. it appears to be stable. I don't really have a big problem with it but would like to know of anything new in this area as my hips are sore and that can be a sign of the cancer spreading.
The arthritis I have had on and off for years. It is now a serious problem for my mobility and I have a lot of pain. I try to keep to a recommended anti-arthritis diet and take regular supplements but it is worsening. I have the feeling that because I live in Holland below sea level and the air is always moist that perhaps I should move to somewhere with a dryer climate. or a mountain climate. I am dreading this coming winter as it's worse in cold temperatures.
Does anyone have any knowledge that could help me please.
