Hot swollen feet

Hi everyone, does anyone suffer with hot swollen feet! This seems to happen to me in the evenings and so my shoes don’t fit when my feet are hot and swollen which can sometimes be very uncomfortable if I go out in the evening.

Yeah I use to have this issue, my feet would go up a size! I had issues with my hands too swelling up and I couldn’t get rings on. I got water tablets from the doctor and after taking them for a month or so they made a massive difference x

Thank you for your reply. Did it help with your feet feeling hot as well?

I get really Hot Feet, they seem to feel like they are burning, I can get a little bit of swelling around the ankles but not often. I think for me it happens when my hormones are back out of whack again
