Hi, I'm suffering from swollen ankles and burning feet. Is this a normal for fibromyalgia ? I have this in my fore arms as well but my feet are the worst. Any advice would be greatfully appreciated.

Could it be psoratic arthritis it says you don't have to have psoriasis to get it they say if any one in your family has had psorisis you can get psoriatic arthritis. Just a thought because o have a rare form of psoriasis

I see skin Dr. Tomorrow so i'm going to ask because my feet and toes hurt and i swell around ankles. Well i hope not. Love susiejo1948

Hello Blue42. Hello everyone! Awake as usual can't sleep.I will like to say that I suffer from burning feeling on my skin and under my feet and palms, the feeling is like you are on fire.

I found out recently that some of us fibro warrior suffer from this pain. I don't know if this is same feeling you are having but wish you the best....sending warm hugs

Hello,

Yes my feet suffer terrible pain. All down the right side of right foot and left heel. It feels as though some is stabbing it with a red hot poker. It also happens when resting.

I mentioned it to GP and Rheumatologist, who just stared blankly and blamed Fibro. ??

I go out for walks every day and I'm getting a puppy Saturday to make me walk.

Sadly no amount of painkillers touch it.

I guess we are just stuck with it.

Take care

Sue x

The fat pads are missing on mine so walking is torture very often as even with the gell insoles i got it's still dam painful so heavens what it would be like now if hadn't got them?

Wakes me up also

Yet stupid quacks look at you like your Cuckoo if say anything

Hi, I have insoles from the orthotics department at the hospital as I have plantflashitis in both feet. Might be worth asking your GP to refer you x

I don’t have the swelling but I do have the burning feet. Was tested and have neuropathy. I do not have diabetes but thyroid disease can cause it. 😊💕 My doctor advised me to try Pre Dx supplements but as I am writing this my feet are throbbing and burning. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m on neurontin.
