Dear Pink Tiger,

Recently i discovered putting my feet up in the air. I put a pillow over the top of my mattress , i have a hospital bed , and can rank it up to right angles. I put my feet right up , difficult with arthritis , ! And keep my head and torso almost flat. I go to sleep for a couple of hours and then turn back again right way up and am ok ! Could you do this ? It can be done up against the wall , you could put pillows and or cushions on the floor by the wall. I do hope this can help you . Love KT

This does not sound like a good idea. Kalms contains a drug even if it comes from herbs. This drug will interact with the other drugs you are taking in unknown ways. This interaction will vary according to how long you take it.

Thankyou for your concern however I am newly diagnosed and waiting for a doctors appointment to get the medication I need but there is a long waiting list and I’m having trouble stuggling with my pain exhaustion and 2 young children so thought I would try when I get the medication I am allowed to actually help me then I will stop

I’m of the opinion if they work take them. If they were going to do you any major harm they wouldn’t be on the supermarket shelves.

I use Nytol for aiding sleep as I found Kalms did not work.
