I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in December 2017 and am in constant pain 24/7 I drop hot pans struggling to cook, wash hair iron and every normal day to day things

I won my appeal in October and was awarded the enhance mobility.

But when I had my assessment at home she totally ignored my fibromyalgia and all the pain and things I couldn’t do.

So now I’m challenging there discussion for the living allowance as my support worker looked at the medical report and she said every answer was the same word for word.

And also she said they contradicted themselves in there answers.

So we are going for the living component and will be stating all the mistakes and major errors she has made.

Has this happened to anyone else please

Thank you x

Unfortunately, too many people find themselves in the same situation, with the report full of errors and inaccuracies. You are definitely not alone. Good luck xxx
