Does anyone get issues with temperature disregulation? I seem to feel heat as all over body pain. I wake in pain and hot, but not sweating, every night, sometimes several times.

Pain associated with temperature change.
Yes I suffer the same, I wake up basically burning up, but quite often my hands and feet
are cold feels like I'm on fire.
I presume you have Fibromyalgia, I have read body temperature changes are normal in Fybro sufferers, I fill a hot water with cold water, keep it close by, then either cuddle it when I get too hot to bear or just place it under my head, my husband thinks I'm mad but it helps.
Best wishes Sue🤗
The symptoms you described offer a very accurate description of what I experience for years now. Everyone I spoke to put it on osteoarthritis but , recently, I met a dr who suggested fibromyalgia. However, if I attempt to go to sleep without painkillers I’ll be awake within one hour after falling asleep.
When these “heat waves “ kick in, I often find myself soaking my limbs in ice cold water, and it helps !
Yes, every time. If I get even slightly overheated the pain kicks in. Yesterday was really cold here with storm Hannah blowing, felt chilly this morning so I put on fleece and waterproof to walk dogs. That was a mistake, didn’t realise it had warmed up so much, was gasping for breath when I got back to the car and my legs were screaming with pain.
I’m either too cold or too hot, very difficult to get the middle ground.
Yes me too hot flushes wake me up then my feet and hands are either burning or icy cold. During the day I am either too hot or too cold and fleece goes on and off all day. I recently started getting big red cheeks too.
Yes me too but I also sweat buckets but can feel cold as well!! My dermatologist gave me a roll on to rub in my forehead, not much use!! He said if that doesn't work, he's going to prescribe tablets which have bad side effects!! Great!!! Take care Lynne
Oh yes, always cold, especially with drafts. Unless I'm taking a sweatless "flush" and I'm a guy, so its not my menopause (I think that's when I buy the sports car I can neither drive, nor afford and my wife kills me )
My hands are always cold, as is the tip of my nose. Maybe I need to see a vet ?
Every night I get home from an 8 hour shift I start to get cold and shiver, then towards late evening and through the not my skin is red hot, my hubby always says I'm a Furness in bed he can't touch my skin it's too hot
Everyone's comments have ticked boxes with me as Fibro seems to bring new pain or symptoms every week (only recently diagnosed after 3yrs) I'm cold but I'm hot with these flushes, put on a fleece to walk my dog with the change in the weather & 5mins into my walk take it off again, I can see myself with winter coming.. a fleece jacket on doggie & me in a t-shirt 😂😂
I don't know whats going on with my legs, arms & wrists this week, I've had to "up" my Ixprim for pain, could it be the temp change yet I have all Windows & doors open.. Maybe I'll actually save money on Heating Bills this year 😆
