Waiting on doc phoning me as I’m in total agony

Really really sore severe backache , stomach , groin and legs , 😭

Hope by now your doctor has phoned you and can help with some good pain meds as it is a horrible frightening feeling when you are in pain all over. Thinking of you.x

Yeah just off phone to doc I have just to double up my meds ... WTF !!!

-Glad you got to speak to your doctor really not nice being in so much pain, feel for you I hope the higher dosage will help you, in the meantime take care xx

I can hardly move , it’s as if “ohh don’t worry it’s just fibromyalgia you’ll survive “,,,,, hate this horrible disease x

Yes people really don’t understand how our life’s change, and trying to put on a brave face as we do , I just wish doctors could be more thoughtful and show alittle kindness to their patients, I find when I’m dealing with the lady nurse practitioners they are lovely and always ask how I am doing. I have got a very good doctor now but few years back this was not the case. The Sun is out now Im wanting to garden for a short while but my fingers, hands, and just about everything else hurts so much I end up giving up ,at least we get to talk here with people on our wave length. Xxx

I feel ur pain... i woke up yesterday could not move, had to have day of work and this morning i rang dr and was told “ up ur meds and lay down”!!! I have to work!!!

So i ran a osteo ive used before and he sorted my back out loosened all my muscles and gave me lovely massage.

Decided im done with dr il sort meself and treat meself to a osteo session monthly

Yeah yasmintina it’s good to vent your frustrations with people who understand

Also I would love a deep tissue massage someone who knows what there doing , but then again the thought of someone touching me fills me with the fear lol x
