Bruised feeling on scalp

Hi I was just wondering if any of you suffer from your scalp feeling bruised. I have barely been able to brush my hair never mind wash it . So painfull. Any remedies out there please?.😫

Yes I get neuropathic pain like this all over my body. I take Lyrica.

Hi I take lyrica too and suffer all over my body but the scalp is a new thing for me. So painful x

I get a sore scalp if I tie my hair up for afew hours, it pulls at the roots

My hair isnt long enough to tie up but that is the exact feeling I get. I used to have long hair and hated taking it down when I had it tied up.

Yes I get it as well, right on the top. Feels like it’s bruised. Just another glorious fibro conundrum ☹️

healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., I certaintly think our heads are a tender place, like nurse Gladys says if I have hair tied up too long it feels weighty, I have a brush with large soft bristles that helps when combing, and I find if I condition my hair after a wash so easy to brush through, using the hairdryer on a low setting rather than high, but warmth for me is comforting. I have a lady come every 2 weeks to give me a gentle head , face massage that’s my little treat. Xx
