Does anyone get a prickling feeling on their skin and scalp like someone is poking them with a pin? Never had it before but it's been driving me mad last 2 days. And replies very welcome. Hugs to everyone xx

Guys we often get this in between pins and needles and a sort of burning sensation and the one when it feels like your hands for example belong to someone else I hate it. What can we do I am afraid not a lot you can try gentle exercise of limb affected or a warm bath of water or if you are really brave a cold one - shudders at thought- Take care keep smilin through xxgins

Morning all, yes I've had that many times, sometimes it feels like a small electric shock, like those u get from a shopping trolley, I was told its the nerve endings going awry, which makes sense as this condition affects the muscle, tendons, ligaments and nerve endings, all my teeth keep hurting as its the nerve endings in my mouth, and apparently won't help if I have them all out, this desease, condition call it what you will s a bummer, hope this helps....Dee xx

Yes I get this too! I think it is to do with Fibro as the nerves are affected and causes either pins and needles, the feeling of insects crawling under the skin, numbness too. Great disease to have!!!

I get it too, very often. It is horrible. At the hospital I was told Fibro makes the nerve-ends sprout, so that each nerve sprouts 4 or 5 nerve-ends instead of just one, so that our skin becomes far more sensitive and tender. This certainly makes sense to me!

Hope you get some relief soon, Crop.
