The tree of happiness

has its roots firmly in the ground .

It’s branches reach to heaven.

Its leaves live joyfully,

with sunshine all around,

and occasional refreshing rain ..

Imagine the tree is you.

Let your feet be firmly on the ground,

but let your thoughts go upwards.

Let your ideas,

like leaves in sunshine, grow .

And when tears fall,

like the rain soaked leaves,

eventually you will know

through the process of life

seeds of hope you will sew....
