Rain rain rain.

Good morning to all my fibro buddies,

It is chucking it down with double rain outside and appears to be quite dull here in Scotland.

I really hoped for sunshine today as it is my Father's birthday, he loves the sunshine. One look at the sun and he immediately has a tan.

My whole body aches this morning but my spirit is good. We have just had a new wet room fitted mainly for my mother, this will help with her care. I am so very thankful to all the workers involved in improving/ adapting the house for all of us. This will certainly make a huge difference to our quality of life's.

Mabe the sunshine will appear in the afternoon. There is always sunshine in my heart.

My fathers words are: we need water, without water there would be no life. Those words are so true.

At least I don't have to water the garden ths evening( ha ha )

Do hope that the sun is shining in your hearts, have a good and pain free day.

Sunshine on a cloudy day. Humm can't remember the rest of the song. Could be because it's 4 a.m. And just now getting to bed. The nap I took earlier kept me awake tonight. Or is it morning. Whichever. Glad you don't have to water your lawn. Your dad sounds like a wise person. Congratulations on the house! Keep the sun in your heart and the clouds at your feet. we here in Portland Or. are having terrible drought going on, you can send rain our way...although Oregon is known as a rainy state, we are lacking it now. we have had 2 weeks of mid. yo upper 90. blah!!!!

the early hours began with a spectacular thunder storm and heavy rain, but now the sun is shining and reached 28 degrees, too warm for me. but glad the lawn got a drink as its been so warm here the last week or two.

Wonderful news about your wet room. We recently had one installed in our new bungalow to help with the wife as she has MS, it has helped her tremendously.

It has been really hot here in Derby, and I went for a jolly to a garden centre today dressed in shorts and tee shirt so I must have looked a plonk?
