PIP tribunal date

Hi all....I have just received a date for my tribunal to appeal for PIP. Is there still a chance that the DWP can reassess even up till the date?

Hi there

No they usually don’t . If you have a date for tribuneral chances are that’s the next step . There should be an independent dr there , a judge and independent pip person , they will be the only person who asks if you want water so they can see you pick the jug up and poor it , tell them no thanks , tell them all how fybro affects you.
