Tribunal. Court Date.

Hi all,

At last after having my enhanced e.s.a. Stopped last November, I have at last got a court date. Been living on 73.10 a week, bloody joke. I am in the midst of applying for pip upon which I have had to ask for an extension in filling out the forms due to really severe fatigue, brain fog, pain etc etc. Can anyone please help with some advice on the tribunal. What to expect etc. Anything like this in my life sends stress levels so high, my depression goes into overdrive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

my mum is coming with me and I did go down to the advice shop in town 6 months ago with some paperwork. will go down this week now I have a court date. hoping someone else can support me. most days I feel like a zombie dragging myself around. get disorientated very quickly if I go anywhere. forget where I am lol. brain fog is awful. slightest small thing I do like having a shower wears me out. don't get showered and dressed until afternoons. not got the strength or energy. can't believe I have got to go through this tribunal. stress is the worst trigger for bloody fibro. my mum who is a pensioner has to do most things around the house and support me as I get 73 quid a damn week. feel useless. xx

That's a big recovery hey? Good luck with tribunal. It's a bad business that this is necessary.

The DWP can send a person to fill your form if you ask. It is a service they offer now for pip. It might help?

I haven't heard of this and certainly wasn't offered this help. Struggling so much with the fatigue and brain fog, hard to get things down on paper as I can't concentrate and think straight.

Hi

Hope everything goes ok. It's just not fair having your esa stopped. I'm glad you've got your Mum with you. Write any questions down before you go cos if you are anything like me who forgets all the questions once in the room and then as soon as I come out I remember them again!! Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
