Thank you so much I finally got my tribunal on Friday after 14 months and it was really nice we got there and the court assistant went through our travel expenses

As we are aloud parking and petrol so that’s good it seems they only do 4 a day of the tribunals I was the last at 3pm I got a phone call at 12 asking me to come in at 2 if I could so we got there at 2.

We got called into the court room and my husband took me in there was about four sheets in front of me and before I could say anything the ladies in the middle said we have already decided you have won enhanced for both notability and living I was only claiming for the notability so nice surprised they asked no questions as she said I had sent plenty of evidence in the other side didn’t even show up they have said I should get back dated to May last year and it is for life although they can check up now and again so a nice surprise there as well as over in 10 mins. It definitely helped with tips from here and make sure you put plenty of evidence of your illness thank you again so relieved it’s all over just sorry it took so long .

Hi Nikki So glad you got a good result it's such ashame that you had to go through 14 months of it all. Glad it's all back dated for you. I feel I need help in claiming pip as I work three days a week and that's really all I can manage. I love my job and would have liked to go full time but I know physically I cant do that as I get very fatigued and after my three very long shifts I'm at home recovering but dont feel I'm living. I just need a little more help financially so I can still keep my job. I believe they go on points which I cannot see me passing. They have no idea how we really feel do they?

No the nurse who came to me lied on the form and she had no idea what fibromyalgia was

Hey, so sorry, had a family emergency and have been in Canada. Probably too late now, but PM me if not.

That’s amazing! I’ve been waiting for a court date for nearly a year after losing the enhanced care at my renewal last year. I still get enhanced mobility & the paramedic who assessed me basically took the care away as I touched my hair once with each hand & had a sip of water! And the MR upheld that decision based on that - very sad!

What info did you supply? I’m terrified of going to court. X

May I ask you Nikki if you had your assessment taped?

Nikki70 profile image
Nikki70 in reply toJaxie64

No but if I did it again I would it was only when I asked for a copy that I saw what was said

Well done for fighting your corner. Disgraceful that you have to and I’m really glad you got the right decision. Hope you and your husband allow yourselves a small celebration.
