Restless legs are awful I get it in my arms too, I try a hot bath but only helps slightly

Hi I take a pill at bedtime it's called Mirapex brand name pramipexole generic I've been taking it for several years and it does work. I was miserable they hurt all night. I kept moving them didn't help hot baths heat pad rubbing them nothing helped. This med really works. So hope. I've helped you. I'm in the states I would think you guys have it in the UK. Hi yes some in arms I don't know if you can get it in the UK. I'm in the U.S. you would have to ask Dr it's prescription. But it really helps. Love susiejo1948

Magnesium spray. Bought on Amazon. Cured my restless legs which I'd had for more years than I can remember. Massage into soles of feet, wipe off excess with a barely damp cloth.

I have got Magnesium spray but didn't find it good , but I didn't put it on my feet so will try that tonight thanks
I take quinine prescribed by gp, i was also advised to drink tonic water as this is supposed to help. It has been much improved since taking quinine had it about 3yrs.x
I get the pramipexole on prescription from my gp. It works really well 🌸🌸
