Eye test

Every time in the past I have had an eye test it has had a fibro effect on the nerves and muscles in the head , thought I had got away with it yesterday , but no , it always disturbs the eye muscles and nerves , and then the whole head , and all night it did . Such is fibro . Still, two years before the next one 🙂

I am finding it necessary to go annually now, my glasses seem to wear out faster than they should! Perhaps I clean them too often and am changing lens shape LOL.🤣

Grey tint, varifocals with 'reactolite' lenses, all necessary 'cos I live in a sunny country and do a lot of computer work - not cheap AND I always seem to choose the most expensive frames!! By the time I have finished with all the ''machinery'' they use, putting head/neck at odd angles etc, it's all I can do to drive home afterwards and then I need a darkened room for hours - it's like having a migraine. Yep, not good this fibro stuff, ''why me?'' is a question I often ask. 😣

Feeling sorry for myself today, even Dog is avoiding me .....🤗
