Does anyone suffer after a flight I was in Dublin for a few days now my knuckles have swollen knees are very painful and so are my back and feet

Yes i suffer after flighing every time. I get serious cankles, my hands and arms swell, and generally ache all over. The fatigue kicks in about 2 days after i return, and fall asleep as soon as i sit down. Its the price we have to pay unfortunately, and it feels like you need another holiday to get over the one youve just had! Hope you start to "deflate" soon.
