Good days/bad days

I had a nice weekend doing a few things that made me feel like the old me. Nothing too strenuous but I do now feel it just isnt worth it! Today I have had a really painful day. Too painful to sit in my seat at work and ended up coming home at lunchtime. The pain is enough to make me tearful, I am feeling very sorry for myself.

You're not alone on the good days and bad days. The problem with me on a good day I do too much and then suffer for it. I have been told to pace myself which I struggle with as I have always been very active up until fibromyalgia hit me 13 years ago. I can understand you feeling down I think I can speak for everyone and day we've all been there. Take care and rest I am sure the next good day is not far away.

hopefully the new memories you have made will help you in future bad times .good memories can be in short supply when you have been ill for decades. and any day that you can feel like the old you is certainly worth having . I hope you have many more returns to good days .

Thankyou ALKT. A good way to look at things. I started a memory jar this year, just shoving in tickets, emails etc. Maybe a mid-year review is what I need.
