Hi 👋

Well just back from the pain clinic, doctor was nice. He’s giving me Duloxetine 30mg for 2 weeks then 60mg, cyclizine for sickness. A Capsaicin cream and to get my vitamin D checked if low to get Plenacol 40000mcg. Plus still to take my Gabapentin and Fluoxetine. And he’ll see me back in 3 months. If you shake me I’m going to rattle 😂😂. Hope everyone is having a good day. Xx

Hi I know that feeling that shake rattle and roll thing . When I went to pain clinic they didn’t anything with meds just on coping with you’re pain pacing etc it was 12 weeks of that . Yours sounds much better . All the best 🤗🤗😇

Hi 👋 it was 4 weeks so was quite quick to get one x been waiting for physical therapy for 2 months xx
